At The KHS Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital automation and consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
1. Digital Services & Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable.
Setup fees cover:

-
CRM implementation
-
Automation workflow builds
-
AI chatbot configuration
-
Integration of third-party platforms

Technical onboarding
Once work has begun, the setup fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Monthly Recurring Services
Monthly service fees are billed in advance.
All monthly payments are non-refundable once charged.
If you cancel your service:

Cancellation must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Custom Work & Consulting
Any custom work, consulting sessions, strategy calls, or implementation services are non-refundable once delivered.
If a scheduled call or consultation is missed without prior notice, it may be forfeited.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any concerns.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of The KHS Group in rare circumstances, and only if no work has been started.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

We are not responsible for fees charged by third-party platforms such as:
